ALBUQUERQUE — Thousands of people watched the crowning of Miss Indian World Saturday night and the announcement of powwow winners several hours into Sunday morning during the largest gathering of indigenous people anywhere in the world in Albuquerque this past weekend with the 28th annual Gathering of Nations.
